The problem

Sole traders and small trade businesses lose time and money to phone tag, no-shows and waiting on bank transfers. Off-the-shelf booking tools are built for salons and clinics, not for a mobile valeter or a dog groomer working out of a van.

What I built

Patch is a full booking and payments platform I designed and built end to end. Each business gets a branded booking page where customers pick a service, choose a slot the trade is actually free, answer the questions that matter for the job, and pay a deposit to hold it. Payments run through Stripe straight to the trade's own bank account, with Scan to Pay for collecting the balance the moment the job is done. Automatic reminders cut no-shows, and recurring bookings keep regulars in the diary without rebooking.
